Lori Drews, MN, ARNP, NP-C
Board Certified in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Care
Lori graduated from Washington State University Bachelor of Science of Nursing in 1996. Her professional career began as the manager of a local home health and diabetes program. She has also managed a rural health clinic and ambulance service. Lori also had an interest in the mental health needs of her clients. In 2009 she graduated from Washington State University Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and obtained her Master of Nursing degree. She is board certified to see patients age 13 through adult. Lori’s areas of interest include attention deficit disorder, anxiety and behavioral changes leading to a better quality of life. She focuses on teaching behavioral skills to help clients better manage anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. Her goal is to help clients to develop effective coping skills to better respond to life stressors. Lori is a resident of Ellensburg and sees patients in both Ellensburg and Yakima. Lisa Vickers, MN, ARNP, NP-C
Board Certified in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Care
Lisa graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1996. In 2005, she graduated from Washington State University with a Master of Nursing and became board certified as an Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since then, she has been working in the Yakima Valley as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner both in community mental health and private practice settings. Lisa is an active member of the Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau.
Lisa feels passionate about working with individuals to improve their mental health and well-being. She incorporates counseling methods that include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Lisa strives to meet the individual where they are at with compassion, understanding, and a non-judgmental stance. She is dedicated in providing an environment that is safe, honest, and open to help individuals feel more comfortable during difficult times.
