Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a self-pay discount?2023-04-14T16:16:53-07:00

If you do not have insurance, we are happy to offer a 20% discount if paid in full in at the time of your visit (cash, check, debit or credit card). We will need to collect $90.00 at check-in with any additional fees to be collected at check-out.

If not paid in full during your visit, the full balance, without the discount, will be billed to you.

What if I have an urgent care need?2023-04-16T13:18:10-07:00

If patients have an Urgent Care need, they can contact us to see if we are able to see them right away.

If we are not available, they can receive care at our sister clinic’s Urgent Care in Selah, Best Practices Healthcare Center.

For emergency conditions call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.

Who will take care of me if I am hospitalized?2022-10-25T11:46:19-07:00

It is common practice in our community to receive hospital care at Memorial Hospital. During your hospital stay and upon leaving the hospital we receive your medical records, updating us on your care while you were hospitalized.

Does Best Practices see children?2022-10-25T11:45:21-07:00

Absolutely! Our clinicians office loves working with children, especially adolescents. Best Practices provides all aspects of family care for patients of all ages with the exception of obstetrics (care of the pregnant patient).

What insurances do you accept?2023-04-18T11:51:22-07:00

We accept most insurance plans, see the list above. We do not provide motor vehicle accident related care nor do we accept labor and industry claims.

If you are interested in becoming a patient, stop by the office and pick up a packet, or download the New Patient Packet (linked above), then fill it out and return it to the Best Practices office.
